Plants and animals of Pointfield

Corvus corone 

Seen most weeks in the garden, either perching on one of the taller trees or occasionally coming down to the short-grass meadow. There seem to be a family of two adults and three children most years that use the garden as their territory, but they do not roost or nest here. Also seen play fighting and taking prey (young chicks) and eggs to the grass to eat.
