Muscicapa striata

A rare summer visitor to the garden. Usually spotted on the braches of the fallen cherry tree where it perches and flies out to catch passing insects before retunring to its perch. Darker beak, more flecked chest and darker head without pale eyestripe distinguishes it from the chiffchaff.
