Birds

Long tailed tit

Aegithalos caudatus

A fairly regular visitor at certain times of the year (most frequently seen in winter and early spring, much rarer in summer). Usually seen as a small family flock of 6-10 birds, visiting the bird feeders (fat balls) or passing through the trees foraging. On the fatball feeder they are very amicable with several all feeding together in close proximity at the same time.
