Notes

Moth with narrow elongate outline at rest and long palps that extend in front of the head. Males (above) with off-white anterior while females (below) are darker with a rosey tinge and two prominent black spots on each wing, the more anterior smaller than the posterior; Both have a prominent transverse zig-zag medial line and black dashed lines along the posterior border of the wings.

Sightings by month

Female found resting in greenhouse 12th June, and 2nd July 2022 . Another caught in light trap 18th June, 2022. Seen several times in light trap and attracted to lit windows in May and June 2023.
