Notes

Small (wing-length 7.5 mm) slender moth that rests in an inclined position with wings tented. Large labial palps extend above head; thickened towards base with bristles. Wings dark mottled without obvious features except for a line of black dots at wing terminus. Legs and antennae banded. Identity verifiable by Steve Palmer.
