Butterflies and moths: Erebidae
Large (2 cm) narrow, moth: female with brown wings with well-defined yellow border. Male like common footman but broader, with more curved sides and pale margin less well defined.
Disturbed in vicinity of walnut tree during the day on 31st July, 2022. Attracted to light trap 18th August, 2023. In moth trap 17th July (1), and 2nd August (1), 2025.
