Butterflies and moths: Noctuidae
Night-flying noctuid moth. Dark brown shoulder hair and light brown wings with a diagnostic double dark-brown square marking on each wing.
Captured 18th June, 20223 in light trap - two individuals. Captured 8th July, 2022 in light trap,- 12 individuals. Caught in light trap 17th June, 2023, 1 individual, and 24th June, 2023: 4 individuals. Caught in light trap 7th July, 1 individual, and 27th July, 2023: 8 individuals. In light trap 24th June, (1), 5th July (2), 15th July (2), 29th July (2 very worn), 2024.
