Butterflies and moths: Noctuidae
Night-flying noctuid moth with silvery metallic patches on dark red to black wings. Underwings orange-yellow. Food plants diverse.
Found in greenhouse resting during the day 27th July, 2022: one individual. Numerous individuals captured in light trap 2nd August, 2022. Found in greenhouse 12th July, 2023. In light trap 27th July, 2023: 3 individuals; 9th August, 2023 - 8 individuals; 26th August, 2023, 1 individual; 5th September, 2023, 1 individual. In moth trap 20th July (5), 29th July (2), 2024. In moth light trap 9th July (1), 25th July (7), 2nd August (9), 12th August (4), 24th August (1 very worn) 2025.
