Butterflies and moths
Micromoth with purplish brown wings with a pale yellow triangle near back, frilled trailing edge, and some pale spots towards rear. Head yellow; antennae pale and and held away from body.
Four or five hovering around and resting on fronds of a large male fern (Dryopteris filis-mas) outside kitchen, 25th May, 2023. Seen at dusk resting on back door 4th September, 2023.
