Butterflies and moths: Noctuidae
Night-flying moth, pale with a pair of dark kidney-shaped circles on forewings and a row of small black dots towards rear; otherwise rather mottled pattern. Smaller than the quaker (ca. 14-15 mm). For caterpillar see here.
