Butterflies and moths: Geometridae
Night-flying moth with pale pinkish white wings with speckling and three fine transverse brown lines, the anterior one incomplete and the posterior with a strong kink towards the leading edge. Dominant form of this species found in Kelso - the banded form being much more scarce.
Captured in light trap 18th June, and 8th July, 2022: one individual each time. Found near light in porch at night, 29th July, 2022. Caught in light trap June 17th, 2023, 1 individual. Caught in light trap 27th July (11) and 9th August (1), 2023.
