Ornamental flowers and grasses
Purple crocus flower with orange stamens appearing in autumn born on a single stalk without leaves. Narrow grass-like leaves appear in spring but die back early summer.
Extensive show in autumn along the top border by the house and also in the meadow area underneath the apple trees where they have naturalised.
