A small, low perennial with rather large, hairy, ovate, fleshy leaves with smooth edges; no spotting; green on upper surface but a bronze colour on underside. Flowers trumpet-shaped and a strong blue in colour; carpels brown and hairy; multiple flowers arising from a stalk.
