Fungi
Tiny white mushroom growing on blades of dead grass; odourless. Cap to 4.5 mm diameter, domed with a frilled rim; pure white in colour. Gills strongly decurrent, sparse but extending almost to cap edge; white. Stem white, 10 mm in length and less than 1 mm in diameter; distinctly widening as it approaches the cap; without obvious hairs. Attached to grass blade at base with basal part of stem having fine white fibres.
Spore print white; spores pip-shaped and tapering to a point at one end; 5.7-6.8 x 3.0-3.2 um (mean 6.0 x 3.0 um, n= 21).
