Appearance

Clump of very fragile, pure white, unbranched, finger-like bodies, about 5-8 cm long and 3-4 mm in diameter, projecting from grass. Spores small, ovate and smooth; 3.7-4.8 x 2.8-3.4 um (mean = 4.2 x 3.1 um, N = 18); Q = 0.73.

Habitat

In waxcap meadow close to wildflower border.
