Cap up to 8 cm diameter, smooth, buff coloured becoming paler towards marked off-white rim, low-domed with irregular (notched) turned-in margin. Gills adnexed, white and relatively dense; unbranched. Stalk white and smooth; short and stout, slightly widening towards base. No stem ring.
In grass beside greenhouse. Uncommon.
