Appearance

Small mushroom usually in small groups in meadow. Cap bell-shaped about 1-2 cm in diamater, pale coloured with darker faune-coloured centre; clearly marked by dark radial lines; rim upturning with deliquescence. Gills pale and delicate. Stem narrow, long, hollow, white in colour.  Short-lived.

Habitat

Growing in short grass of waxcap meadow and wooded areas at bottom of garden.
