Fungi
Cap sub-conical; bright yellow and very slimy; apex comes to a rounded point; 13 mm diameter x 16 mm height; with a strongly scalloped margin. Gills pale cream-coloured, adnexed. Stipe yellow v. slimy, with no hint of green; 40 x 3 mm. Spore print white. Spores amygdaloid, smooth, no germ pore; 6.0-7.7 x 3.5-4.5 um, mean = 6.9 x 3.9 um, N = 16; Q = 1.76.
In short-grass meadow along with other waxcap species; rare.
