Fungi: corticoids
Fully attached corticoid with a distinctive salmon-pink colour, white margin and occasional nodes over the surface. Basidia with 4 spores; large pointed,rough surfaced cystidia and occasional spine-like gloeocystidia.
Encrusting a fallen twig of Silver birch.
