Small polypore bracket (ca. 2cm width) with non-hairy undulous upper surface with a cyan-blue coloured outer zone and a whitish under surface with angular pores. Spore print white. Spores small, sausage-shaped; 3.8-4.3 x 0.8-1.3 um, mean = 4.1 x 1.1 um, N = 16; Qav. = 3.7.
