Yellow mayfly with two tails and tiny underwings with a pointed projection on its upper edge. Wings clear. Abdomen yellow to greenish yellow. Male with large yellow eyes. Seen in garden 15th May, 2024. Probably also on 14th May, 2023 and 10th May 2025 (females).
