Diptera:
Small wasp-mimic dipteran (less than 1 cm) with shiny green thorax and yellow and black banded abdomen. Anterior and mid femora and tibia orange-yellow; posterior femora red with pale proximal and dark distral ends and posterior tibia black with white proximal end. Large dark stigmata on wings. Female illustrated.
