Hymenoptera
Small wasp (ca. 1 cm) with black face with large eyes, short antennae that are mostly black but yellow at the base; black thorax with thin yellow collar (not meeting dorsally) and two small yellow spots at rear, and with yellow bands on abdomen. All legs with fibula black and tibia and tarsi yellow. Seen on hazel 23rd June, 2024.
