Diptera
Dipteran ca. 8-10 mm long with striking red eyes and orange fons and thorax; thorax with longitudinal red stripes. Legs orrange with black tarsii. Wings clear but with distinct black clouding over cross veins r-m and dm-cu. Definite record at end of July, 2025. Earlier records likely but not confirmed.
