Diptera: fungus gnats
Small (6-7mm body length) tipulid-like gnat with black and cream annulated abdomen and yellow thorax with two large longitudinal black bands. Wings shorter than body and broad with rounded end; translucent, without banding. Legs dark. Found resting in greenhouse 17th and 22nd June, 2023. In moth light trap 10th May, 2024.
