Grasses
Distinctive fat seed head with green-yellow striped glumes: lower glumes keeled in upper part only. Well developed awl terminally. Leaves rather coarse and striped. Ligule short and flat-ended. Auricles wrapping around stem. Stem hollow.
One plant only under the cut-leaf beech (2023) and under leyladii cypress (2024).
