Wild flowers
Large arrow-shaped dark green glossy leaves to 45cm on pale stalks. The flowersare borne at the base of a cylindrical structure (spadix) which is enveloped by a yellow-green hood (spathe). In autumn there is a conspicuous spike of orange berries.
Primarily under the cut-leaf beech but also invading flower borders in the vicinity.
