Wild flowers
Annual with long, glossy, deeply lobed leaves with stout thorns around the edges. Stem square with leaves clasping, with their basal auricles broadly rounded. Flowers dandelion-like, in small clusters.
In various localities in semi-cultivated ground, especially near the back gate.
