Wild flowers
Small decumbent annual with sparsely-leaved stems up to 8 cm in length. Leaves short, triangular, strongly toothed, with a short stalk; coarsely hairy on underside but almsot smooth on upper surface. Stem with long hairs. Flowers single on stalk arising from base of leaf branch; very small (less than 5 mm), four petals, blue in colour with darker veining; anthers white. Seeds paired and in line, bulbous, not diverging.
In untended patches in vegetable garden and flower borders.
