Diptera: wood gnats
Small gnat with strongly patterned wings including dark wing tips. Either S. cinctus or S. fenestralis. Differs from Sylvicola species 2 recorded from Pointfield by having black spots at wing tips. Sheltering in greenhouse 4th May, 2023. In moth light trap 25th March, 2024.
